The vibrating feeder produced by our company is a linear vibrating feeder with stable vibration, reliable operation and long service life. The vibrating feeder can deliver material blocks or granular materials evenly to the material storage device. It can realize uniform feeding of crusher in sand and gravel production line and coarse screening of materials. It is widely used in crushing, screening and joint operations in metallurgy, mining, mineral processing, building materials and chemical industry. The vibrating feeder is made up of body, spring, spring seat, vibrator, vibrating motor and vibrating rod.
Working Principle of Mining Mobile Vibrating Feeder
Gravel vibrating feeder is composed of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibration device and motor. The Mining Mobile Vibrating Feeder consists of two fixed eccentric axes, and the gears of these gears are jogging. When installing, the two gears must be swaying according to the signs. By driving the motor, two eccentric axes start to rotate, resulting in a linear high power, forcing the feeder to vibrate. Through vibration, the material slides and hangs on the funnel, moving forward. When the material passes through the screening part, the smaller part will drop, avoiding further breakage, so as to achieve the screening purpose.
